Air Extractor with Fan

This extractor provides easy airflow monitoring of chemical storage cabinets. The airflow monitoring unit with integrated fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel

A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the defined minimum is detected. The air monitoring unit fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The alarm threshold for the airflow velocity is factory-set, but can be customized at the differential pressure meter/switch. The airflow sensor monitors the actual extraction velocity and the entire extraction system of the storage cabinet. Both the volumetric flow and the power supply are sensed by a microcontroller unit. When airflow velocity drops below the set threshold, visual and audible alarms are set off. The system ships with two potential-free (“dry”) contacts (24  V, 2 A) that can be used to send an alarm signal to the control center. An integrated battery cuts in in case of power supply failure, and the monitoring system and the display, including simple error messaging, can run on it for 4 hours. The product ships ready for plug-in.

Protect your chemical storage cabinet against unauthorized access, using the Modular Protection System (MPS). This system enables you to physically control the access to resources or hazardous substances in a state-of-the-art approach.

The identification ensures that only authorized persons are given access to the hazardous substances in question. This is implemented in the form of programmable PINs read from a transponder card by RFID technology. The identification can then be paired to the locking or the unlocking of the door of the cabinet. This means that the authorizations of personnel can extend to the storage cabinets as well.

The MPS is an important module to comply with increasingly tight requirements in terms of risk assessment as related to access control. In practical implementation, this may mean for you that work instructions providing for the safe and controlled use of hazardous substances can allow less complex routines, as, e.g., TRGS 526.

A functionality the MPS provides is the possibility to automatically close the door. This means that the cabinet takes care of door closing after the door was manually opened.

HWT 500 CS

HÜRNER's HWT 500 CS  servo-operated workshop system is the end-to-end transformation of worksite technology into workshop systems. The system has been developed in compliance with the so-called machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended and allows making segments, tees, Y pieces and crosspieces in workable dimensions from O.D. 200 (160) through 500 mm | 6" - 20". The welding system is set on a welded or a screwed-fast, heavy-duty, no-warp support frame and the bearings on which move both the horizontally traveling carriage and the heating element and facing tool assembly, are designed as precision-engineered and heavy load-bearing trapeze-shaped guides with precision-matched runner blocks. It goes without saying that all parameters that are critical for a high-quality and reproducible welded joint are monitored throughout the process and saved to the memory of the system, which can hold up to 10,000 reports. Furthermore, all CNC systems are equipped with a USB interface to enable downloading the welding reports in the PDF format to a USB stick or sending them to the management database in the HÜRNER DataWork Professional format. It is also possible to label a joint immediately for its quality by printing on plastic foil an indelible label tag with the available tag printer that will identify the fitting.

HÜRNER WhiteLine WeldControl 2.0

The handling of a WeldControl machine is simply unique and it enables an approach to welding no other system is able to offer. Either the operator makes use of the assistance of the interactively responding hydraulic and control unit. Or the manual mode is selected to make the joint “by hand”. In the WeldControl mode the system walks the operator through the process after the pipe parameters were entered or confirmed. This includes monitoring the operator’s inputs and recording the entire process. WeldControl machines do not only provide presets, though; they facilitate the work, e. g., by reducing the pressure automatically when the automode was enabled. Welding reports have all data required by ISO traceability. In the Manual mode the display screen works as a digital gauge. It displays the welding pressures and heating element temperatures and is a one-stop provider of all data. The HÜRNER CNC ECO 2.0 is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended as well as the ISO standard 12176-1 and the DVS standard 2207-1. The design of the machine is such that with 12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. 40 through 1600 mm can be jointed The welding machines ship with a fully encased CNC hydraulic and control box of ingress protection IP 54 managing pressures of up to 220 bar. Both the anti-stick-coated heating element and the facing tool are hooked up along with the machine chassis to the hydraulic and control unit. No additional power distribution is needed. HÜRNER's HWT 400 Line is the end-to-end transformation of worksite technology into workshop systems. As a consequence, the HÜRNER HWT 400 mm workshop line, too, has systems of the versions CNC (HWT 400 CS and HWT 400 CS-S), WeldControl (HWT 400 WeldControl), and Manual Hydraulic (HWT 400 M). EasyWeld Line

HÜRNER’s EasyWeld Line is your professional solution for butt-welding applications with PE, PP, PVDF1) and ECTFE1) pipes and fittings for all pressure ratios, from O.D. 20 through 110 mm (Tees O.D. 20 through 90 mm) and O.D. 50 through 180 mm. This system enables a unique way of handling that is simply unavailable anywhere else. For welding operations, it offers all the advantages of a mobile butt-welding system that is user-friendly and handy enough to be at home at any place, both on worksites and in workshops. The master clamps on the machine chassis are available, in the standard delivery, with horizontal and for the EasyWeld 110 T model also with vertical adjustability, which is particularly important for optimum results in Tee and segmented-bend welding applications. Its compact and lightweight design turns the machines into the optimum choice for overhead welding operations. This requires just the easy step of disassembling the machines from its base panel. The manufacture of fittings is possible thanks to the clamps on the chassis bilaterally swiveling by up to 15 deg. each (∢ 30 deg.). For tee jointing operations using the EasyWeld 110 T model, master clamps for the chassis are available that are set at a 45 deg. angle. The machines as a whole with its frame are mounted on a heavy-duty, powder‑coated base panel. Besides the standard delivery that includes a power facing tool, an outfit with a perfectly ergonomically designed manual facing tool is also available for the EasyWeld 110 V 2 model version. Both the power and the manual facing tools feature a reversible blade. The electronically controlled, PTFE-coated heating element features an integrated temperature control.
