HWT 160 M / M+

Practical plastic butt-welding machines for jointing PE and PP pipes and fittings from O.D. 32 / 40 – 160 mm (1½” ‑ 6″) with the heating element process, these tremendously mobile next-generation welding machines for on-site and in-shop applications are extremely versatile and especially suited for sanitary installations, drain piping, and pressure pipes for water conveyance as well as roof drains and chimney refurbishing systems.

The machines are shiped with a sturdy stand, an electrical facing tool, heating element, and all reducer inserts; arrives plug-and-play, fully installed.

Its clamps swivel by up to 15 degrees allowing segmented bend welding in sizes O.D. 32 / 40 – 160 mm (1½” ‑ 6″).

The handling of a WeldControl machine is simply unique and it enables an approach to welding no other system is able to offer. Either the operator makes use of the assistance of the interactively responding hydraulic and control unit. Or the manual mode is selected to make the joint “by hand”. In the WeldControl mode the system walks the operator through the process after the pipe parameters were entered or confirmed. This includes monitoring the operator’s inputs and recording the entire process. WeldControl machines do not only provide presets, though; they facilitate the work, e. g., by reducing the pressure automatically when the automode was enabled. Welding reports have all data required by ISO traceability. In the Manual mode the display screen works as a digital gauge. It displays the welding pressures and heating element temperatures and is a one-stop provider of all data. The machine is used to socket-weld PP, PVDF, PE pipes and fittings of O.D. 20 - 125 mm. Diamond-shaped clamps allow effortless positioning and securing of the fittings and pipes of all sizes. A specially designed fastening system is at the heart of the easy changing of the clamps depending on the job at hand.

The HWT 125 SW 2.0 features a unique reference setpoint pushbutton that enables convenient and professional adjustment of the component butt position. It goes without saying that fusion depth selectors and the corresponding spigots and sockets are available for common component types (DVS type A, DVS type B, ASTM in inches)

The system ships in a rugged, wooden transport and set‑up box (optional).

The HÜRNER LI Line CNC ECO is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended as well as the ISO standard 12176-1 and the DVS standard 2207-1. The design of the machine is such that with 12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. (63) 75 through 355 mm can be jointed The welding machines ship with a fully encased CNC hydraulic and control box of ingress protection IP 54 managing pressures of up to 220 bar. Both the anti-stick-coated heating element and the facing tool are hooked up along with the machine chassis to the hydraulic and control unit. No additional power distribution is needed.

This professional socket welder for setting branch-off fittings into the pipe wall is designed for all-purpose welding applications in PP and PEHD pipeline grids, to make branch‑offs of O.D. 20 - 63 mm*) from straight pipelines of O.D. 40 - 160 mm. It is the ideal choice for making lines branching off from fittings set into the pipeline sidewall in tight corners, but also for workshop applications meant for the serial manufacture by a reliable process of distribution/manifold lines, e. g., in geothermal systems. The standard delivery includes the all-purpose pipe aligners for straight pipelines sized O.D. 40 - 160 mm, a bracket compatible with various cordless drills/screwdrivers Ø 43 mm driving the drilling head, and clamps for branch-offs in the saddle position sized up to O.D. 63 mm allowing precision alignment of cylindrical and octagonal fittings. With the HÜRNER quick mounting system, the clamps can be replaced easy as ABC. The chassis/carriage, without the RH and LH pipe‑aligning clamps, can be removed from its steel frame by simply loosening 4 mounting screws and can then be used in areas that are hard to reach or overhead. Both the operation of the clamps for the straight pipe and the saddle fitting and the movement of the carriage for the latter are implemented as using ergonomically designed handwheels. Additionally, the motion handwheel can be removed easily, to move the clamping chassis/carriage with a common power tool (cordless drill/screwdriver) as its drive. Extraction Monitor without Fan

This monitoring unit provides easy airflow monitoring of chemical storage cabinets. A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the defined minimum is detected. The air monitoring unit without fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The alarm threshold for the airflow velocity is factory-set, but can be customized at the differential pressure meter/switch. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel. The airflow sensor monitors the actual extraction velocity and the entire extraction system of the storage cabinet.

Both the volumetric flow and the power supply are sensed by a microcontroller unit. When airflow velocity drops below the set threshold, visual and audible alarms are set off. The system ships with two potential-free (“dry”) contacts (24  V, 2 A) that can be used to send an alarm signal to the control center. An integrated battery cuts in in case of power supply failure, and the monitoring system and the display, including simple error messaging, can run on it for 4 hours. The product ships ready for plug-in.

HÜRNER HWT 250 MI for manufacturing PE, PE 100 RC, PP, and PVDF1) pipes, segmented bends, and fittings. The design of the machine is such that pipes, segments O.D. 50 – 250 mm / 1½"– 8" with any SDR ratio up to SDR 11 can be processed. The system was developed under the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended, as far as applicable, and is set on a welded and bolted, totally heavy-duty support frame resistant to warping by design. Both the movable carriage of the system and the console carrying the heating element and the facing tool travel on precision-engineered, heavy load-bearing shafts and trapeze-shaped guides constructed with smoothly travelling runner blocks. Inserting the PTFE-coated heating element and the facing tool manually is as convenient as it is effortless. The swiveling master clamps on both sides can be rotated by up to 2 x 15 deg. (∢30 deg.) and also feature horizontal adjustability, to allow for compensating any misalignments. Heating element temperature control and facing tool operation are managed on the front panel. The practical wooden transport case serves both as a operating platform and as secure storage for the machine, the reducers, and the accessories.

Protect your chemical storage cabinet against unauthorized access, using the Modular Protection System (MPS). This system enables you to physically control the access to resources or hazardous substances in a state-of-the-art approach.

The identification ensures that only authorized persons are given access to the hazardous substances in question. This is implemented in the form of programmable PINs read from a transponder card by RFID technology. The identification can then be paired to the locking or the unlocking of the door of the cabinet. This means that the authorizations of personnel can extend to the storage cabinets as well.

The MPS is an important module to comply with increasingly tight requirements in terms of risk assessment as related to access control. In practical implementation, this may mean for you that work instructions providing for the safe and controlled use of hazardous substances can allow less complex routines, as, e.g., TRGS 526.

A functionality the MPS provides is the possibility to automatically close the door. This means that the cabinet takes care of door closing after the door was manually opened.
