HWT 160 M / M+

Practical plastic butt-welding machines for jointing PE and PP pipes and fittings from O.D. 32 / 40 – 160 mm (1½” ‑ 6″) with the heating element process, these tremendously mobile next-generation welding machines for on-site and in-shop applications are extremely versatile and especially suited for sanitary installations, drain piping, and pressure pipes for water conveyance as well as roof drains and chimney refurbishing systems.

The machines are shiped with a sturdy stand, an electrical facing tool, heating element, and all reducer inserts; arrives plug-and-play, fully installed.

Its clamps swivel by up to 15 degrees allowing segmented bend welding in sizes O.D. 32 / 40 – 160 mm (1½” ‑ 6″).

HÜRNER’s all-purpose electrofusion welders for heater-coil fittings offer expertly and convenient jointing with PE fittings for electrofusion sized 16 - 315 mm in wastewater and roof draining applications. Controlled by a microcontroller, the next-generation welder HÜRNER HST-S-315 2.0 enables temperature compensation by welding duration and features input and output voltage monitoring. It thereby is the convenient choice for power supply from a generator on a worksite, too. The welding process is monitored for its full duration, and relevant information is displayed on the seven-segment screen. The welder ships equipped with connection adapters A00, A01, A02, A03, A04, and A0P (Waviduo 200 - 315 mm). The HÜRNER LI Line CNC ECO is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended as well as the ISO standard 12176-1 and the DVS standard 2207-1. The design of the machine is such that with 12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. (63) 75 through 355 mm can be jointed The welding machines ship with a fully encased CNC hydraulic and control box of ingress protection IP 54 managing pressures of up to 220 bar. Both the anti-stick-coated heating element and the facing tool are hooked up along with the machine chassis to the hydraulic and control unit. No additional power distribution is needed.

This extractor provides easy airflow monitoring of chemical storage cabinets. The airflow monitoring unit with integrated fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel

A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the defined minimum is detected. The air monitoring unit fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The alarm threshold for the airflow velocity is factory-set, but can be customized at the differential pressure meter/switch. The airflow sensor monitors the actual extraction velocity and the entire extraction system of the storage cabinet. Both the volumetric flow and the power supply are sensed by a microcontroller unit. When airflow velocity drops below the set threshold, visual and audible alarms are set off. The system ships with two potential-free (“dry”) contacts (24  V, 2 A) that can be used to send an alarm signal to the control center. An integrated battery cuts in in case of power supply failure, and the monitoring system and the display, including simple error messaging, can run on it for 4 hours. The product ships ready for plug-in.

HÜRNER LI Line, the 4-3-2 Machine WeldControl

The handling of the HÜRNER 4-3-2 machine WeldControl is simply unique and it enables an approach to welding no other system is able to offer. Either the operator makes use of the assistance of the interactively responding hydraulic and control unit. Or the manual mode is selected to make the joint “by hand”. In the WeldControl mode the system walks the operator through the process after the pipe parameters were entered or confirmed. This includes monitoring the operator’s inputs and recording the entire process. WeldControl machines do not only provide presets, though; they facilitate the work, e. g., by reducing the pressure automatically when the automode was enabled. Welding reports have all data required by ISO traceability. In the Manual mode the display screen works as a digital gauge. It displays the welding pressures and heating element temperatures and is a one-stop provider of all data.

HÜRNER’s welding data logger SPG 2.0 is made for easy and safe welding process control and report logging pursuant to the ISO 12176 standard.

The report generation system is specifically matched to HÜRNER butt-welding machines of the Manual Hydraulic series, but can of course be used with other systems effortlessly. The SPG 2.0 control software ships ex works with configurations for many third-party systems already installed. Therefore, the logger constitutes an upgrade for manually operated welding machines to achieve ISO-compliant recording, error handling, and welding process control. At every step in the welding process, the SPG 2.0 indicates the nominal and the actual values of the welding pressures and times, to walk the welder operating the hydraulic unit easily and correctly through the process. The unit thereby achieves the optimum welding process, in line with nationally applicable standards, as affecting both heating element temperatures and welding pressures and times.

HÜRNER’s EasyWeld Line is your professional solution for butt-welding applications with PE, PP, PVDF1) and ECTFE1) pipes and fittings for all pressure ratios, from O.D. 20 through 110 mm (Tees O.D. 20 through 90 mm) and O.D. 50 through 180 mm. This system enables a unique way of handling that is simply unavailable anywhere else. For welding operations, it offers all the advantages of a mobile butt-welding system that is user-friendly and handy enough to be at home at any place, both on worksites and in workshops. The master clamps on the machine chassis are available, in the standard delivery, with horizontal and for the EasyWeld 110 T model also with vertical adjustability, which is particularly important for optimum results in Tee and segmented-bend welding applications. Its compact and lightweight design turns the machines into the optimum choice for overhead welding operations. This requires just the easy step of disassembling the machines from its base panel. The manufacture of fittings is possible thanks to the clamps on the chassis bilaterally swiveling by up to 15 deg. each (∢ 30 deg.). For tee jointing operations using the EasyWeld 110 T model, master clamps for the chassis are available that are set at a 45 deg. angle. The machines as a whole with its frame are mounted on a heavy-duty, powder‑coated base panel. Besides the standard delivery that includes a power facing tool, an outfit with a perfectly ergonomically designed manual facing tool is also available for the EasyWeld 110 V 2 model version. Both the power and the manual facing tools feature a reversible blade. The electronically controlled, PTFE-coated heating element features an integrated temperature control.

This professional socket welder for setting branch-off fittings into the pipe wall is designed for all-purpose welding applications in PP and PEHD pipeline grids, to make branch‑offs of O.D. 20 - 63 mm*) from straight pipelines of O.D. 40 - 160 mm. It is the ideal choice for making lines branching off from fittings set into the pipeline sidewall in tight corners, but also for workshop applications meant for the serial manufacture by a reliable process of distribution/manifold lines, e. g., in geothermal systems. The standard delivery includes the all-purpose pipe aligners for straight pipelines sized O.D. 40 - 160 mm, a bracket compatible with various cordless drills/screwdrivers Ø 43 mm driving the drilling head, and clamps for branch-offs in the saddle position sized up to O.D. 63 mm allowing precision alignment of cylindrical and octagonal fittings. With the HÜRNER quick mounting system, the clamps can be replaced easy as ABC. The chassis/carriage, without the RH and LH pipe‑aligning clamps, can be removed from its steel frame by simply loosening 4 mounting screws and can then be used in areas that are hard to reach or overhead. Both the operation of the clamps for the straight pipe and the saddle fitting and the movement of the carriage for the latter are implemented as using ergonomically designed handwheels. Additionally, the motion handwheel can be removed easily, to move the clamping chassis/carriage with a common power tool (cordless drill/screwdriver) as its drive. A special mention deserve the heating element seat next to the chassis for clamping the saddle fitting, on which to place the heating element, and the two freely adjustable depth setpoints. The easy insertion and safe and swift removal of the heating element, including centering and an auto‑detaching step in the change‑over stage, bring a use as convenient as to be considered unique. The insertion depth setpoints provide, on the one hand, consistent fusion depth and welding position and, on the other, shorter length of movements, thus faster change-over.

HWT 250 MI

HÜRNER HWT 250 MI for manufacturing PE, PE 100 RC, PP, and PVDF1) pipes, segmented bends, and fittings. The design of the machine is such that pipes, segments O.D. 50 – 250 mm / 1½"– 8" with any SDR ratio up to SDR 11 can be processed. The system was developed under the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended, as far as applicable, and is set on a welded and bolted, totally heavy-duty support frame resistant to warping by design. Both the movable carriage of the system and the console carrying the heating element and the facing tool travel on precision-engineered, heavy load-bearing shafts and trapeze-shaped guides constructed with smoothly travelling runner blocks. Inserting the PTFE-coated heating element and the facing tool manually is as convenient as it is effortless. The swiveling master clamps on both sides can be rotated by up to 2 x 15 deg. (∢30 deg.) and also feature horizontal adjustability, to allow for compensating any misalignments. Heating element temperature control and facing tool operation are managed on the front panel. The practical wooden transport case serves both as a operating platform and as secure storage for the machine, the reducers, and the accessories.
