Electrofusion With Report Logging

The WhiteLine welders cover all areas of application in electrofustion welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes with heater coil fittings. There is no challenge for which you will not find a welder of the series able to take it on successfully.

Wherever applicable, HÜRNER’s all-purpose electrofusion welders have been developed in line with the requirements of the most recent version of the ISO standard 12176-2:2000, the DVS standard 2201-1, and the WEEE directive, with Reg. No. DE 74849106.

Whether it is jointing in the safety-sensitive area of gas networks, including accurate recording of geographic data, jointing components with very small diameters (e. g., geothermal or sanitary fitting applications) or very large diameters (e. g., wastewater applications)—the welders will always make a statement by their unyielding reliability that builds on more than 40 years of developing and manufacturing experience.

The lighthouse products, HST 300 Pricon 2.0 and HST 300 Print+ 2.0, have an extremely intuitive data download menu enabling also transfer via Bluetooth, which allows downloading all welding and traceability data or a finely tuned selection of them, as an abstract or extended report in the PDF format, as a label tag printed with the optional printer, or as well in the DataWork format for processing on a PC.

HÜRNER's HWT 630 CS  servo-operated workshop system is the end-to-end transformation of worksite technology into workshop systems. The system has been developed in compliance with the so-called machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended and allows making segments, tees, Y pieces and crosspieces in workable dimensions from O.D. 160 through 630 (500) mm | 6" - 24 (20)". The welding system is set on a welded or a screwed-fast, heavy-duty, no-warp support frame and the bearings on which move both the horizontally traveling carriage and the heating element and facing tool assembly, are designed as precision-engineered and heavy load-bearing trapeze-shaped guides with precision-matched runner blocks. This extractor provides easy airflow monitoring of chemical storage cabinets. The airflow monitoring unit with integrated fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel

A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the defined minimum is detected. The air monitoring unit fan ships preassembled to be installed immediately on top of the storage cabinet. The alarm threshold for the airflow velocity is factory-set, but can be customized at the differential pressure meter/switch. The airflow sensor monitors the actual extraction velocity and the entire extraction system of the storage cabinet. Both the volumetric flow and the power supply are sensed by a microcontroller unit. When airflow velocity drops below the set threshold, visual and audible alarms are set off. The system ships with two potential-free (“dry”) contacts (24  V, 2 A) that can be used to send an alarm signal to the control center. An integrated battery cuts in in case of power supply failure, and the monitoring system and the display, including simple error messaging, can run on it for 4 hours. The product ships ready for plug-in.

This band saw for cutting plastic pipes offers a working range from O.D. 50 - 450 mm. The machine has a steel pipework frame with a diamond-shaped pipe bed. A variably adjustable clamping system allows the manual securing of the pipe in the diamond bed. An angle gauge located on the side where the user stands enables any cutting angle from 0 deg. through 45 deg. An optional support panel can be mounted onto the diamond-shaped bed to enable you to cut Tees and crosspieces professionally.

This filter with fan provides positive extraction and monitoring of chemical storage cabinets, in the form of almost 100% decontamination of the extracted air by molecular adsorption filtering of harmful solvent vapors (hydrocarbons). The filter operation means optimum protection for the user. As a consequence, no additional air extraction outlet is needed, which, in turn, allows the filter unit to be operated immediately next to, or on top of, the storage cabinet. The decontaminated air is released into the ambient air, thereby not consuming any heated or air-conditioned air from the room. A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the set threshold is detected. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel. As an air extraction system, it as of today complies with “green lab” requirements, while offering you full flexibility of position. The multi-stage, grounded filtering system offers dual safety, being composed of: Activated carbon filter with twice as much activated carbon — for up to 100% decontamination Additionally a DIN EN 779-compliant particulate filter The filter alert appliance can be set at the differential pressure meter/switch. The filter elements themselves and the filter enclosure lid are monitored by ATEX-compliant micro-switches. HÜRNER's HWT 400 Line is the end-to-end transformation of worksite technology into workshop systems. As a consequence, the HÜRNER HWT 400 mm workshop line, too, has systems of the versions CNC (HWT 400 CS and HWT 400 CS-S), WeldControl (HWT 400 WeldControl), and Manual Hydraulic (HWT 400 M). All systems have been developed in compliance with the so-called machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended and allow making segments, tees, Y pieces and crosspieces in workable dimensions from O.D. 90 through 400 mm (3 - 16" IPS). The HWT 400 CS-S  is equipped with additional master clamping assemblies designed for sidewall fusion onto the pipe saddle. The control software has been specifically adapted to allow one-sided preheating of the straight pipeline. Protect your chemical storage cabinet against unauthorized access, using the Modular Protection System (MPS). This system enables you to physically control the access to resources or hazardous substances in a state-of-the-art approach.

The identification ensures that only authorized persons are given access to the hazardous substances in question. This is implemented in the form of programmable PINs read from a transponder card by RFID technology. The identification can then be paired to the locking or the unlocking of the door of the cabinet. This means that the authorizations of personnel can extend to the storage cabinets as well.

The MPS is an important module to comply with increasingly tight requirements in terms of risk assessment as related to access control. In practical implementation, this may mean for you that work instructions providing for the safe and controlled use of hazardous substances can allow less complex routines, as, e.g., TRGS 526.

A functionality the MPS provides is the possibility to automatically close the door. This means that the cabinet takes care of door closing after the door was manually opened.

HÜRNER’s all-purpose electrofusion welders for heater-coil fittings offer expertly and convenient jointing with PE fittings for electrofusion sized 16 - 315 mm in wastewater and roof draining applications. Controlled by a microcontroller, the next-generation welder HÜRNER HST-S-315 2.0 enables temperature compensation by welding duration and features input and output voltage monitoring. It thereby is the convenient choice for power supply from a generator on a worksite, too. The welding process is monitored for its full duration, and relevant information is displayed on the seven-segment screen. The welder ships equipped with connection adapters A00, A01, A02, A03, A04, and A0P (Waviduo 200 - 315 mm). The delivery also includes a manual scraper for professional pipe preparation before welding. With its compact dimensions and the long power supply and welding cables, the welder has an extremely large working radius and can therefore be used for those pipelines that are hard to reach.
