Electrofusion With Report Logging

The WhiteLine welders cover all areas of application in electrofustion welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes with heater coil fittings. There is no challenge for which you will not find a welder of the series able to take it on successfully.

Wherever applicable, HÜRNER’s all-purpose electrofusion welders have been developed in line with the requirements of the most recent version of the ISO standard 12176-2:2000, the DVS standard 2201-1, and the WEEE directive, with Reg. No. DE 74849106.

Whether it is jointing in the safety-sensitive area of gas networks, including accurate recording of geographic data, jointing components with very small diameters (e. g., geothermal or sanitary fitting applications) or very large diameters (e. g., wastewater applications)—the welders will always make a statement by their unyielding reliability that builds on more than 40 years of developing and manufacturing experience.

The lighthouse products, HST 300 Pricon 2.0 and HST 300 Print+ 2.0, have an extremely intuitive data download menu enabling also transfer via Bluetooth, which allows downloading all welding and traceability data or a finely tuned selection of them, as an abstract or extended report in the PDF format, as a label tag printed with the optional printer, or as well in the DataWork format for processing on a PC.

The HÜRNER CNC ECO 2.0 is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended as well as the ISO standard 12176-1 and the DVS standard 2207-1. The design of the machine is such that with 12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. 40 through 1600 mm can be jointed The welding machines ship with a fully encased CNC hydraulic and control box of ingress protection IP 54 managing pressures of up to 220 bar. Both the anti-stick-coated heating element and the facing tool are hooked up along with the machine chassis to the hydraulic and control unit. No additional power distribution is needed. The handling of the HÜRNER 4-3-2 machine WeldControl is simply unique and it enables an approach to welding no other system is able to offer. Either the operator makes use of the assistance of the interactively responding hydraulic and control unit. Or the manual mode is selected to make the joint “by hand”. In the WeldControl mode the system walks the operator through the process after the pipe parameters were entered or confirmed. This includes monitoring the operator’s inputs and recording the entire process. WeldControl machines do not only provide presets, though; they facilitate the work, e. g., by reducing the pressure automatically when the automode was enabled. Welding reports have all data required by ISO traceability. In the Manual mode the display screen works as a digital gauge. It displays the welding pressures and heating element temperatures and is a one-stop provider of all data.

This filter with fan provides positive extraction and monitoring of chemical storage cabinets, in the form of almost 100% decontamination of the extracted air by molecular adsorption filtering of harmful solvent vapors (hydrocarbons). The filter operation means optimum protection for the user. As a consequence, no additional air extraction outlet is needed, which, in turn, allows the filter unit to be operated immediately next to, or on top of, the storage cabinet. The decontaminated air is released into the ambient air, thereby not consuming any heated or air-conditioned air from the room. A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the set threshold is detected. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel. As an air extraction system, it as of today complies with “green lab” requirements, while offering you full flexibility of position. The multi-stage, grounded filtering system offers dual safety, being composed of: Activated carbon filter with twice as much activated carbon — for up to 100% decontamination Additionally a DIN EN 779-compliant particulate filter The filter alert appliance can be set at the differential pressure meter/switch. The filter elements themselves and the filter enclosure lid are monitored by ATEX-compliant micro-switches. The three-month check and replace interval of the activated carbon filter is verified by a check report the user has to confirm which is paired to a scheduler. The product ships ready for plug-in.

Protect your chemical storage cabinet against unauthorized access, using the Modular Protection System (MPS). This system enables you to physically control the access to resources or hazardous substances in a state-of-the-art approach.

The identification ensures that only authorized persons are given access to the hazardous substances in question. This is implemented in the form of programmable PINs read from a transponder card by RFID technology. The identification can then be paired to the locking or the unlocking of the door of the cabinet. This means that the authorizations of personnel can extend to the storage cabinets as well.

The MPS is an important module to comply with increasingly tight requirements in terms of risk assessment as related to access control. In practical implementation, this may mean for you that work instructions providing for the safe and controlled use of hazardous substances can allow less complex routines, as, e.g., TRGS 526.

A functionality the MPS provides is the possibility to automatically close the door. This means that the cabinet takes care of door closing after the door was manually opened.

The HÜRNER 4-3-2 Manual Hydraulic Series of butt-welding machines in the LI Line generation makes a statement by its superior manufacturing quality and its scalability in the form of an easy upgrade to a data logging-enabled machine with the installation of an SPG 2.0 data logger for welding report logging. The machine ships with a hydraulic unit that features, as a unique characteristic, a totally integrated enclosure that also is a splash and dirt shield for all components on the inside. The front panel controls, too, are included in the ingress protection according to the IP 54 rating (where IP 64 is possible upon request). All connections, including an additional power socket free to use for the operator’s convenience, are located at the back of the controller. Both the facing tool and the heating element are also connected at the back panel of the hydraulic controller. Therefore, no additional power distribution unit is needed.
