HÜRNER LI Line CNC ECO

The HÜRNER LI Line CNC ECO is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended as well as the ISO standard 12176-1 and the DVS standard 2207-1. The design of the machine is such that with 12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. (63) 75 through 355 mm can be jointed

The welding machines ship with a fully encased CNC hydraulic and control box of ingress protection IP 54 managing pressures of up to 220 bar. Both the anti-stick-coated heating element and the facing tool are hooked up along with the machine chassis to the hydraulic and control unit. No additional power distribution is needed.

The handling of a WeldControl machine is simply unique and it enables an approach to welding no other system is able to offer. Either the operator makes use of the assistance of the interactively responding hydraulic and control unit. Or the manual mode is selected to make the joint “by hand”. In the WeldControl mode the system walks the operator through the process after the pipe parameters were entered or confirmed. This includes monitoring the operator’s inputs and recording the entire process. WeldControl machines do not only provide presets, though; they facilitate the work, e. g., by reducing the pressure automatically when the automode was enabled. Welding reports have all data required by ISO traceability. In the Manual mode the display screen works as a digital gauge. Practical plastic butt-welding machines for jointing PE and PP pipes and fittings from O.D. 32 / 40 - 160 mm (1½" ‑ 6") with the heating element process, these tremendously mobile next-generation welding machines for on-site and in-shop applications are extremely versatile and especially suited for sanitary installations, drain piping, and pressure pipes for water conveyance as well as roof drains and chimney refurbishing systems. The machines are shiped with a sturdy stand, an electrical facing tool, heating element, and all reducer inserts; arrives plug-and-play, fully installed. Its clamps swivel by up to 15 degrees allowing segmented bend welding in sizes O.D. 32 / 40 - 160 mm (1½" ‑ 6").

All-purpose socket welder for PP, PP-R, PVDF, PB, and PEHD fittings and pipelines in the range of dimensions from O.D. 20 - 125 mm, for professional overhead welding and operations in a confined space, yet also for standard workshop applications.

In its standard delivery, sockets and spigots size O.D. 63 - 125 mm are included, with O.D. 20 - 50 mm as an optional extra. With the HÜRNER quick mounting system, the clamps can be replaced easy as ABC. The clamping chassis can be removed from its steel frame by simply loosening 4 mounting screws and can, therefore, be used in areas that are hard to reach or overhead.

Both clamping the pipe and the fitting and moving the machine carriages are implemented as using ergonomically designed handwheels. Additionally, the motion handwheel can be removed easily, to move the carriages with a common power tool (drill / cordless screwdriver) as its drive. A special mention deserves the heating element seat of the clamping chassis, on which to place the heating element. This professional socket welder for saddle-style fittings is designed for all-purpose welding applications in PP, PP‑R, and PEHD pipeline grids, to make branch‑offs of O.D. 20 - 90 mm from straight pipelines of O.D. 40 - 160 mm. It is the ideal choice for making lines branching off from the pipe in a saddle position in tight corners, but also for workshop applications meant for the serial manufacture by a reliable process of distribution/manifold lines with the help of a movable right-hand and left-hand pipe clamp. The standard delivery includes the all-purpose pipe aligners for straight pipelines sized O.D. 40 - 160 mm, a bracket compatible with various cordless drills/screwdrivers Ø 43 mm driving the drilling head, and clamps for branch-offs in the saddle position sized up to O.D. 63 mm allowing precision alignment of cylindrical and octagonal fittings.

With the HÜRNER quick mounting system, the clamps can be replaced easy as ABC. The chassis/carriage, without the RH and LH pipe‑aligning clamps, can be removed from its steel frame by simply loosening 4 mounting screws and can then be used in areas that are hard to reach or overhead.

Both the operation of the clamps for the straight pipe and the saddle fitting and the movement of the carriage for the latter are implemented as using ergonomically designed handwheels. Additionally, the motion handwheel can be removed easily, to move the clamping chassis/carriage with a common power tool (cordless drill/screwdriver) as its drive.

A special mention deserve the heating element seat next to the chassis for clamping the saddle fitting, on which to place the heating element, and the two freely adjustable depth setpoints. The easy insertion and safe and swift removal of the heating element, including centering and an auto‑detaching step in the change‑over stage, bring a use as convenient as to be considered unique.

The insertion depth setpoints provide, on the one hand, consistent fusion depth and welding position and, on the other, shorter length of movements, thus faster change-over.

Special octagonal clamps for branch‑off fittings, of various wrench sizes, are also available.

This band saw for cutting plastic pipes offers a working range from O.D. 50 - 450 mm. The machine has a steel pipework frame with a diamond-shaped pipe bed. A variably adjustable clamping system allows the manual securing of the pipe in the diamond bed. The WhiteLine welders cover all areas of application in electrofustion welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes with heater coil fittings. There is no challenge for which you will not find a welder of the series able to take it on successfully.

Wherever applicable, HÜRNER's all-purpose electrofusion welders have been developed in line with the requirements of the most recent version of the ISO standard 12176-2:2000, the DVS standard 2201-1, and the WEEE directive, with Reg. No. DE 74849106.

Whether it is jointing in the safety-sensitive area of gas networks, including accurate recording of geographic data, jointing components with very small diameters (e. g., geothermal or sanitary fitting applications) or very large diameters (e. g., wastewater applications)—the welders will always make a statement by their unyielding reliability that builds on more than 40 years of developing and manufacturing experience.

The lighthouse products, HST 300 Pricon 2.0 and HST 300 Print+ 2.0, have an extremely intuitive data download menu enabling also transfer via Bluetooth, which allows downloading all welding and traceability data or a finely tuned selection of them, as an abstract or extended report in the PDF format, as a label tag printed with the optional printer, or as well in the DataWork format for processing on a PC.

HÜRNER HWT 250 MI for manufacturing PE, PE 100 RC, PP, and PVDF1) pipes, segmented bends, and fittings. The design of the machine is such that pipes, segments O.D. 50 – 250 mm / 1½"– 8" with any SDR ratio up to SDR 11 can be processed. The system was developed under the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended, as far as applicable, and is set on a welded and bolted, totally heavy-duty support frame resistant to warping by design. Both the movable carriage of the system and the console carrying the heating element and the facing tool travel on precision-engineered, heavy load-bearing shafts and trapeze-shaped guides constructed with smoothly travelling runner blocks. Inserting the PTFE-coated heating element and the facing tool manually is as convenient as it is effortless. The swiveling master clamps on both sides can be rotated by up to 2 x 15 deg. (∢30 deg.) and also feature horizontal adjustability, to allow for compensating any misalignments. Heating element temperature control and facing tool operation are managed on the front panel. The practical wooden transport case serves both as a operating platform and as secure storage for the machine, the reducers, and the accessories.

The Manual Hydraulic Series of butt-welding machines in the WhiteLine generation makes a statement by its superior manufacturing quality and its scalability in the form of an easy upgrade to a data logging-enabled machine with the installation of an SPG 2.0 data logger for welding report logging. The machine ships with a hydraulic unit that features, as a unique characteristic, a totally integrated enclosure that also is a splash and dirt shield for all components on the inside. The front panel controls, too, are included in the ingress protection according to the IP 54 rating (where IP 64 is possible upon request). All connections, including an additional power socket free to use for the operator’s convenience, are located at the back of the controller. Both the facing tool and the heating element are also connected at the back panel of the hydraulic controller. Therefore, no additional power distribution unit is needed.
