Filter Units with Fan

This filter with fan provides positive extraction and monitoring of chemical storage cabinets, in the form of almost 100% decontamination of the extracted air by molecular adsorption filtering of harmful solvent vapors (hydrocarbons). The filter operation means optimum protection for the user. As a consequence, no additional air extraction outlet is needed, which, in turn, allows the filter unit to be operated immediately next to, or on top of, the storage cabinet. The decontaminated air is released into the ambient air, thereby not consuming any heated or air-conditioned air from the room. A sensor monitors the extraction airflow and triggers a visual and audible alarm when no airflow above the set threshold is detected. The enclosure is made of silver pearl glimmer, powder-coated sheet steel. As an air extraction system, it as of today complies with “green lab” requirements, while offering you full flexibility of position. The multi-stage, grounded filtering system offers dual safety, being composed of:

Activated carbon filter with twice as much activated carbon — for up to 100% decontamination
Additionally a DIN EN 779-compliant particulate filter
The filter alert appliance can be set at the differential pressure meter/switch. The filter elements themselves and the filter enclosure lid are monitored by ATEX-compliant micro-switches. The three-month check and replace interval of the activated carbon filter is verified by a check report the user has to confirm which is paired to a scheduler. The product ships ready for plug-in.

HWT 250 MI

Request a Brochure
HÜRNER HWT 250 MI for manufacturing PE, PE 100 RC, PP, and PVDF1) pipes, segmented bends, and fittings. The design of the machine is such that pipes, segments O.D. 50 – 250 mm / 1½"– 8" with any SDR ratio up to SDR 11 can be processed. The system was developed under the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended, as far as applicable, and is set on a welded and bolted, totally heavy-duty support frame resistant to warping by design. Both the movable carriage of the system and the console carrying the heating element and the facing tool travel on precision-engineered, heavy load-bearing shafts and trapeze-shaped guides constructed with smoothly travelling runner blocks. Inserting the PTFE-coated heating element and the facing tool manually is as convenient as it is effortless. The swiveling master clamps on both sides can be rotated by up to 2 x 15 deg. (∢30 deg.) and also feature horizontal adjustability, to allow for compensating any misalignments. Heating element temperature control and facing tool operation are managed on the front panel. The practical wooden transport case serves both as a operating platform and as secure storage for the machine, the reducers, and the accessories.

Modular Protection System

Request a Brochure

Protect your chemical storage cabinet against unauthorized access, using the Modular Protection System (MPS). This system enables you to physically control the access to resources or hazardous substances in a state-of-the-art approach.

The identification ensures that only authorized persons are given access to the hazardous substances in question. This is implemented in the form of programmable PINs read from a transponder card by RFID technology. The identification can then be paired to the locking or the unlocking of the door of the cabinet. This means that the authorizations of personnel can extend to the storage cabinets as well.

The MPS is an important module to comply with increasingly tight requirements in terms of risk assessment as related to access control. In practical implementation, this may mean for you that work instructions providing for the safe and controlled use of hazardous substances can allow less complex routines, as, e.g., TRGS 526.

A functionality the MPS provides is the possibility to automatically close the door. This means that the cabinet takes care of door closing after the door was manually opened.

HWT 125 SW 2.0

Request a Brochure

The machine is used to socket-weld PP, PVDF, PE pipes and fittings of O.D. 20 - 125 mm. Diamond-shaped clamps allow effortless positioning and securing of the fittings and pipes of all sizes. A specially designed fastening system is at the heart of the easy changing of the clamps depending on the job at hand.

The HWT 125 SW 2.0 features a unique reference setpoint pushbutton that enables convenient and professional adjustment of the component butt position. It goes without saying that fusion depth selectors and the corresponding spigots and sockets are available for common component types (DVS type A, DVS type B, ASTM in inches)

The system ships in a rugged, wooden transport and set‑up box (optional).

HÜRNER WhiteLine Manual Hydraulic

Request a Brochure
The Manual Hydraulic Series of butt-welding machines in the WhiteLine generation makes a statement by its superior manufacturing quality and its scalability in the form of an easy upgrade to a data logging-enabled machine with the installation of an SPG 2.0 data logger for welding report logging. The machine ships with a hydraulic unit that features, as a unique characteristic, a totally integrated enclosure that also is a splash and dirt shield for all components on the inside. The front panel controls, too, are included in the ingress protection according to the IP 54 rating (where IP 64 is possible upon request). All connections, including an additional power socket free to use for the operator’s convenience, are located at the back of the controller. Both the facing tool and the heating element are also connected at the back panel of the hydraulic controller. Therefore, no additional power distribution unit is needed. Industry version: Optionally, the machine chassis (250, 315, 355, 500, 630) are also available in an industry set-up with a modified 3rd clamp for clamping fittings with a short connecting stub.*) *) Retrofit kit for converting existing systems to industry version available upon request!

HWT 630 CS

Request a Brochure
HÜRNER's HWT 630 CS  servo-operated workshop system is the end-to-end transformation of worksite technology into workshop systems. The system has been developed in compliance with the so-called machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended and allows making segments, tees, Y pieces and crosspieces in workable dimensions from O.D. 160 through 630 (500) mm | 6" - 24 (20)". The welding system is set on a welded or a screwed-fast, heavy-duty, no-warp support frame and the bearings on which move both the horizontally traveling carriage and the heating element and facing tool assembly, are designed as precision-engineered and heavy load-bearing trapeze-shaped guides with precision-matched runner blocks. It goes without saying that all parameters that are critical for a high-quality and reproducible welded joint are monitored throughout the process and saved to the memory of the system, which can hold up to 10,000 reports. Furthermore, all CNC systems are equipped with a USB interface to enable downloading the welding reports in the PDF format to a USB stick or sending them to the management database in the HÜRNER DataWork Professional format.
